Anyone of you purchased this?
From Philippine Tatler, their latest offering in an attempt to give Filipinos a customer's view on (Yes! You don't even need to be a genius to figure out) Philippines' Best Restaurants. I shall take a look-see in a few days and scan if it lives up to the title.. I'm already skeptical (browsing-wise).
We'll cut them some slack :)
